If you are looking for a professional all tube preamp with 24 bit digital effects this is a great unit.  I am the original owner and have $1000 invested in this unit.  The auction is for the preamp, manual, PFC 10 midi controller, cable and double pouch heavy duty pedal carrying bag, but not the rack.  All of these items are like new and have been very well maintained.  The preamp has the 2.0 software update and has been factory serviced by Peavey twice.  The unit works flawlessly and can do some really cool morphing of patches and effects with two pedals and TRS cables.  Except for the Axefx this unit is way better than anything else out there and a gem if you can find them.  It has four tube modes (clean, crunch, lead, ultra) The crunch and lead modes are worth the price of the preamp alone.  The effects section has all the usual digital effects and then some.  I have included the original manual as well as an update release from Peavey with the new 2.0 software.  The only reason I am selling it is to come up with the cash for an American Deluxe Tele.
